On Sunday morning, we stepped outside to get a closer look at what Winter Storm Neptune brought us overnight. Another several inches of fresh white fluffy snow had coated the existing enormous snowbanks, and huge wind gusts were blowing the snow every which way. The snow banks are as tall as Brian now!

Major winter storm #3, day 2, 5th snow day of the semester … Mother Nature reminds us that there are colors other than white and gray …

It’s snowing sideways and I have a lonely blank canvas in my studio. Remind me again why I’m leaving my apartment today?

Three days before our wedding, we visited the hotel to go over everything with our coordinator, then we had lunch at the restaurant looking out over Boston Harbor towards the city. Three days before our wedding, we saw just about the only snow in 2012, and we watched as a thick fog settled in quickly and completed obscured our view. Honestly, it was actually beautiful and magical.
