We spent two days at our happy-place, The Porches Inn in North Adams, MA

We had never been to Tanglewood before, and a few weeks ago, we got tickets to see Yo-yo Ma and the Silk Road Ensemble. It was a beautiful evening, and it was an absolutely unforgettable concert.

On our way to Tanglewood, we had a delicious dinner … including duck tacos! … at District Kitchen and Bar in Pittsfield, MA.

On our way out to the Berkshires, we stopped at Mosaic Cafe in Northampton for delicious crepes.

A little visit to Brian’s childhood

In the past few days, we visited three museums that we’d never been to before, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that two of the three museums both have a copy of one of our favorite sculptures at the MFA! Turns out, there are a lot of copies of this sculpture and it was delightful to run in to two of them, two days in a row, in two different cities.
